Refund Policy

1. Digital products — all sales are final
Our templates are digital products: once payment is completed, the download URL is shown to you immediately and the product cannot be “returned”. For this reason, refunds and cancellations are not available after purchase or download, including for reasons such as buying the wrong product, changing your mind, or lacking the technical knowledge to use the template (Node.js 18+, a modern browser, and basic code-editing skills are assumed — please check the product page and live demo before purchasing).
2. Exception — major defects
If a template has a major defect that prevents it from working as described (for example, it fails to build on a supported environment), contact us by email with your receipt and a description of the problem. We will investigate and either provide a fixed version or, if we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, issue a refund.
3. EU/UK customers — immediate delivery
By completing your purchase you expressly consent to the digital content being delivered immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to distance contracts under EU/UK consumer law. Your statutory rights concerning defective digital content are not affected.
4. Consistency with our Japanese disclosure
The same policy is stated in Japanese in our legal disclosure under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions: 特定商取引法に基づく表記.
