This policy explains what personal data Shinwa Templates, operated by Shinwa Creative (Shinwa Creative Inc., Japan), collects and how it is used. The short version: we collect as little as possible.
1. Payments — handled by Stripe
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card number and other payment credentials are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout pages and are never seen, transmitted to, or stored by us. Stripe shares with us only the information needed to fulfill your order, such as a receipt reference and the email address you provided at checkout. Stripe’s handling of your data is described in Stripe’s own privacy policy.
2. Free UI kit — no registration
The free UI kit can be downloaded without creating an account and without providing an email address. We collect no personal data for this download.
3. Analytics and cookies
This site is a static website and sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Our hosting provider may record standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and requested URL) for security and operational purposes. If we introduce an analytics tool in the future, we will update this policy first.
4. Email inquiries
If you contact us by email, we use your address and the content of your message only to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not share your messages with third parties, except where required by law.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since we hold very little data, such requests are usually simple — email us and we will respond promptly.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date.
